If you want to be healthy, make sure that you take well balance diet foods. That one will even make you live long. These are the basic foods to make you live long and even have tough body immune elements. 1. For green vegetables take- Managu - Terere - Mitoo - Michicha - Kunde - Dek NB: These kind of vegetables have been found to have some medicinal values and also very rich in vitamins. 2. For fruits ,you may take Avocardo, bananas, apples, oranges, and even H20 mellon. 3. For meat please dwell so much on Fish and dont forget OMENA. Swahili people call it DAGAA. 4. Make sure that you take alot of water at least six glasses aday. 5. Do some practice on physical education [P.E]. 6. Least but not least, make sure that you Bathe.
